Turn Industrial Scrap into Measurable Value
ABansus helps OEM’s/CM’s, DC’s, Telco’s and Bank’s recover valuable scrap Commodities that we Downstream back to the Local-Regional Circular-Economy Urban Sprawl…Reducing Scope3/Cat 5 footprint.
Revenue through Sustainability
For well over 20 years ABansus has supported Industrial Companies, DC’s, Telco’s and Bank’s with FULL Waste Management Solutions that Recover value from Scrap Commodities that are Recycled.
We express Value by paying/monetizing higher Yields for each type of Scrap commodity that is correctly downstream; also, by decreasing landfill Costs by implementing “Zero-Waste” programs that increase Re-Use and Recycling ratios.
Specialized solutions for key manufacturing sectors.
ABansus develops recycling programs according to the type, volume, condition and operational requirements of each material stream.
We Downstream ALL Non-Ferrous and Specialty Alloys metals (Solids, Shavings, Mix, etc.) back to proper End-User’s/ONLY! USA-Secondary Smelters. Same for Specialty plastics such as: Kydex, Ultem, Peek, Acrylics, Etc…FULL traceability. We comply with ITAR traceability requirements by sharing End-User Legal information.
We downstream Specialty commodities such as: Precious metal veered connectors, Harness w/connectors, PCB’s w/Components, PCB’s trims and Batteries. We guarantee that ALL Scrap’s end-up in (ONLY!) USA R2 cert. facilities that secure brand and designs against bootleg practices.
We downstream specialty Thermoplastics and Thermoset plastics; same for Non-Ferrous and Precious metal veneered components. Also, can dismantle and destroy for recovery-recycling purpose. We provide written legal proof of ALL end-user of scrap commodities; securing brand and designs against bootleg practices.
We downstream electronic scrap parts, such as: PCB’s w/components attach, PCB’s trims, loose-mix components and Batteries. Also, can dismantle and destroy for recovery-recycling purpose. ALL scrap commodities end-up in R2 cert. compliant facilities that guarantee securing brand and designs against bootleg practices.
We downstream Ferrous Metal commodities to the proper large Scale Metal Processor that redirects Ferrous commodities by Rail or/else ship to the most hungry Smelting facility. For Non-Ferrous metal commodities we try to work with either midrange local-regional smelters or/else large Scale Metal Processor. We can arrange for cater consignment contracts so customer/company does not incur in risk collection/payment distress.
We help secure the correct downstream for sensitive data devises that require proof of destruction by dismantling, grinding, breaking devises such as: Swipe card readers, ATM’s/Tellers, Hard-Drives. ALL, Scrap Commodities end-up in USA R2 Cert. compliant facilities.
We Design Recycling SOLUTIONS based on DATA! That enhance Profits and the Environment
To calculate recycling costs, you must subtract the money earned from selling materials from the total operational costs. The core formula to determine the Net Recycling Cost NC is:
NC = (Cc + Cp) - (Wr * Pm)
1. Break Down the Components
Constants
There are no permanent mathematical constants in this financial model, as market prices and labor rates constantly change. However, for a specific billing cycle or facility, the collection fee per household or fixed monthly facility rent acts as a localized constant.
Variables
- NC: Net Recycling Cost (The final total cost or profit).
- Cc: Collection Cost (Fuel, truck maintenance, and driver labor).
- Cp: Processing Cost (Sorting, baling, facility utilities, and equipment wear).
- Wr: Weight of Recycled Material (Total tons of material recovered).
- Pm: Market Price per Ton (The selling price for commodities like aluminum, plastic, or paper).
2. Step-by-Step Calculation Example
Step 1: Track Total Operational Expenses
Total Operational Cost/Expense: OC = (Cc + Cp).
- Assume collection costs (Cc): Collection from Facility + Consolidation Facility + Recycling Destiny.
- Assume processing costs (Cp): Sorting / Bailing / Packaging / Grinding / Etc.
Step 2: Calculate Material Revenue
Multiply the total weight of the recycled material by its current market price: Wr * Pm.
- Assume you collected...Total Weight Recover (Wr) in lb or/else Ton
- Assume the average market price (Pm) Dlls per lb or/else Ton
- Total Revenue (TR) = Wr * Pm
Step 3: Calculate the Net Cost
Subtract the revenue from the operational expenses.
- NC = OC - TR
Operating under strict regulatory standards.
FULL Trade Compliance
Our Strategic Business Address (USA-MX border Region) requires us to operate under a bonded system that is under USMCA-Treaty umbrella, so having an IMMEX trade authorization allows us to engage with other bonded (IMMEX) companies that require be exempt from VAT tax. We have the alternative to Downstream scrap commodities back any port of entry or/else pay duty and Downstream any responsible National recycling company.
FULL Environmental Compliance
Our SMADS-Baja California authorization allows us to collect and stage-warehouse, recycle (Thermo-Plastics) any Non-HazMat Scrap Commodity…For out of state (Sonora, Chihuahua, Etc.) projects we have reliable trade partners that support logistics and warehousing requirements.
FULL Labor/On-Site Compliance
Having REPSE (Federal Labor Ministry) registry and Medical Social Security (IMMS Bureau) allows to hire skill temp-workers at our customers’ industrial address to support sorting, staging, packaging and loading activities…This way our service is focus on recovering value for our customers superb pricing yield.
FULL Circular-Economy Policy
Our 20+ years’ experience allows us to grasp better routs to decrease packaging commodities that end-up in the landfill container…Zero-Waste learning curve take up to 6 months, but its knowledge disrupts lowering the waste volume in a sustain manner. Re-Use, is key.
